James R. Nash, CEO

Mr. Nash has been an innovator and entrepreneur for over 45 years.

Mr. Nash founded Alpha Assets Capital, LLC, an international consulting company which guides entrepreneurs through the process of validation of vision, due diligence & decision support, compliance, venture packaging, investment banking advisory services, capital acquisition and various business development services. He developed the firms' various structured finance solutions including iLIFE™ Capital System & Portal, PrincipalProtector™, and PpMortgage Capital™.  He also developed iCRROD™, (www.iCROD.com) a New Philanthropic Investment Platform.  Mr. Nash was recently CEO of KGRI Group (OTC-KGRI) a publicly traded Merchant Bank and Advisory Firm.  He and his wife own and operate Dune Berry Resort Wear stores, as part of their Dune Holdings Group.  Mr. Nash also founded and continues to develop Amplified Lord’s Prayer Project.


Mr. Nash founded, developed and launched eLive Omni, Inc. and its retail technology eCommerce Live Omnichannel which has two products eShop LIVE and eBrand LIVE


Previously, Mr. Nash was COO for an international entrepreneur network and Investment Life Services, a financial services company which developed and distributed insurance and asset management products through over 150 New York Stock Exchange member firms, banks, and insurance companies as well as thousands of producers.  He was responsible for management of internal operations, client relations, project compliance and due diligence both domestic and international.  He was also National Sales Director for Commonwealth Capital Advisors and helped develop some of their many capital raising products and services. He has had extensive travel and business relationships in China, Taiwan, Russia, Egypt, Morocco and India.  


Earlier in his career, Mr. Nash was Chief Executive Officer for Medi-Share a nation-wide health-sharing plan, Chief Operating Officer for the for-profit side of a large healthcare system, and Vice President of Operations for a Healthcare Technologies company.  Mr. Nash also managed a large division of The Bellevue Philadelphia a high-end mixed-use development for the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE: PEI) - PEI is one of the first publicly traded real estate investment trusts.  He was GM/COO for 400,000 sf of mixed use properties for Oxford Development, Inc., a significant real estate conglomerate based in Pittsburg, Special Projects Manager to the Founder/CEO of Club Corporation of America, and one of the Executives opening and managing the Grand Traverse Resort
